Shipping

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time of shipping initiation. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically delivered via US Postal service and can be tracked.

All orders must be shipped to a valid home or business address (not a virtual address, P.O. Box, etc.). Currently, ViviAmour does not ship merchandise to APO (Army Post Office)/ FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping options. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Typically, merchandise will be delivered between 5-10 business days, when shipped from our U.S. domestic warehouse(s); Otherwise, between 7-20 days, when shipped from our International warehouse(s).

ViviAmour may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current.

Your order may be delayed because the ViviAmour warehouse is closed on major holidays:

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
  • We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Watch for an email from us after placing order. We may need additional information to process your order.
  • ViviAmour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

  • Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Note that a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
  • Items not purchased at ViviAmour.com
  • Items without a ViviAmour receipt/packing slip.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
  • Washed or worn items
  • Accessories: jewelry and cosmetics
  • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
  • Clothing: tights, swimwear
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
