Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. *Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
Return Process
- To start a return, you can contact us at liveloveviviamour@gmail.com with the following information.
- Provide us with proof of receipt with your order# (your order number is found in the confirmation email that you received from us when you placed your order).
- You need the email that you used to place the order (should be the same email used to receive the confirmation email).
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving item(s) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: Beauty products, Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates/Lingerie. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (discounted/ clearance) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method; please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
